Tell us about
your project
Whatever you need done, we'll come look at it and give you one written price — no charge, no obligation. Someone will reach out to talk it through before anything is scheduled.
How the payment program works. A down payment of fifty percent (50%) of the total contract price is due at signing for the scope in your written estimate. The balance is payable in equal monthly installments over 3, 6, 9, or 12 months, selected by you at signing. Any time-price differential is itemized on your contract before you sign. Subject to a short application and approval. Early payoff permitted at any time without penalty. The payment program is available only on projects with a total contract price over $2,500. Written contract provided at signing per A.R.S. § 32-1158. Warranty. Materials carry the applicable manufacturer's product warranty only, subject to that manufacturer's terms. Diamondback provides no separate labor or workmanship warranty. Scope. Substrate repair, wood rot remediation, drainage correction, regrading, irrigation or utility relocation, tree and root removal, and permits are excluded from the base contract price and quoted separately by written change order. Preliminary lien notice. On every project, Diamondback serves a preliminary twenty-day notice under A.R.S. § 33-992.01 to preserve its lien rights, and may record and enforce a mechanics' lien under A.R.S. § 33-981 et seq. if the balance is not paid as agreed. A preliminary notice is a routine, required step — not a lien, a claim, or a credit reporting event.
